What changes these hours

Plan on the full 100 W if the dish may melt snow. A router of your own adds its draw on top; most run at a fraction of their adapter's rating.

The 0.85 allowance covers the inverter's conversion losses on average; at very small loads its own idle draw takes a larger share, and at very large ones the battery delivers a little less. Cold batteries hold less, and an older battery holds less than its rating. To plan a whole day with other devices and 20% headroom, use the calculator with 12 hours of Starlink already added.
